Marinated Raw Crab
This is so called Marinated Raw Crab. Surprisingly, this dish can be found in many countries in Asia, such as Korea (called Gejang - 게장), Singapore, Thailand (called Pu Dong - ปูดอง), Vietnam and so on. Most of time, Soy Sauce or Fish Sauce were used for Marination depends on availability of each country.
I usually do not take this dish because I am afraid of food poisoning, but there are couple of places that I can trust them, and can enjoy this dish. So beware before you try this dish, make sure to get it from trusted store or restaurant. Meanwhile, please let me enjoy this, Cheers...
