Tuna Sandwich

My nanny is out with my daughter to my parent's house, so for afternoon tea (or coffee) I will probably have what she prepared, which is Tuna Sandwich. My nanny is well-trained after many years with us, and I didn't have to ask her for anything special, because she will come up with great recipe to fit my needs at the right time.
