Financial Forecast for Journey Platform
Journey Platform LLC has been incorporated offshore since 2013, and has been shelved for sometimes due to its nature, i.e., Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). But it is time now to make use of it once again for Yacht Business in Thailand, so we have revived it to be Journey Platform Co., Ltd.
Registration has not been completed yet due to long queues at DBD (Registrar at Ministry of Commerce) since New Year 2021. But it should be done within 19th of March, 2021, with registered capital of Baht 100m, and it will own and manage fleet of high end yachts, up to 4 yachts in 2021, and may be more at the latter stage.
I will write more if things are all done properly in place.
